Transportation

Parc-Laurier is a great part of the city with regards to travelling without driving. The public transit network in this area is excellent owing to 2 rapid transit stations (Mont-Royal Station and Laurier Station) with access to the Ligne 2 - Orange, and around 10 nearby bus lines. It is also especially convenient for pedestrians to navigate Parc-Laurier; most day-to-day errands can be run without having to use a vehicle, and numerous businesses are very nearby. Parc-Laurier will draw physically active home buyers as it is very suited for biking. More specifically, a bike share station is always located in close proximity, the terrain is reasonably flat, and the bicycling network is very well-developed.
