New Saint Laurent is a neighbourhood within Montréal, Quebec, which is situated in the Greater Montreal metropolitan area.

Transportation

The favoured transportation option in this area is usually driving. Nearby highways are reasonably easy to reach from any location in this neighbourhood, and it is convenient to park. However, travelling by transit can be sometimes challenging in New Saint Laurent due to the infrequent service. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and most homes are very close to a bus stop. This area is not very suitable for walking because running daily errands is impractical. On the other hand, travelling by bicycle is easy in New Saint Laurent since there are a fair number of bike lanes, and there are a limited number of elevation changes for cyclists to brave.

Services

The nearest grocery store in this area is typically only a very long walk away. When it comes to education, families will appreciate that no matter where their property is situated in New Saint Laurent, daycares are close by. On the other hand, there are only a limited number of primary schools in this area and therefore they can be a rather long walk away. Likewise, New Saint Laurent does not have any high schools.
