Heritage on the Lake is a very convenient part of Montréal for driving. It is very easy to park. On the other hand, the public transit network in this part of Montréal is not very practical. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is served by a few bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is generally just around the corner. It is easy to travel by bicycle in Heritage on the Lake. It is challenging for pedestrians to move around in this part of the city as very few common errands can be run without the use of a vehicle.

Services

It is very rarely practical for property owners in this part of Montréal to purchase their groceries by walking. In terms of education, Heritage on the Lake does not have any high schools or primary schools. In addition, families may find it very difficult to reach daycares as a pedestrian.

Character

Heritage on the Lake is a wonderful neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a relaxed environment. This area is very quiet overall, as there are generally low levels of noise from traffic.
