Marc left his pamphlet in our mailbox and we decided to get our home assessed to see what we might be looking at. We soon decided to start looking and went a little over a year with over 50 houses, and through he whole process Marc was patient, always ready, he gave great guidance on expectations of numbers and the market, and we finally found a home thaT was exactly what we were seeking. My wife and I highly recommend Marc! He is an excellent guide to navigate a market that can be difficult and confusing. We enjoyed walking through houses with him looking at basement walls and electrical boxes, and getting his thoughts on all of the different aspects to consider. He also brought a lot of attention to our place, and we are happy to have sold and bought with Marc along the way!
