Matt has been a wonderful realtor to work with. I find buying and selling homes to be a complicated process, and he was very patient and answered all my questions. He went over and above my expectations in every way, especially driving me around central and southern Alberta checking out real estate in small towns around Calgary. He is very knowledgeable on many fronts (local real estate markets, what it’s like to live in various smaller centres, and general house maintenance). He is very detailed when viewing homes and knows what to look for. And his negotiation skills are top notch! I highly recommend him!
