I have so many good things to say about Mr Andrew Hertel, where should I start? I have bought and sold eight homes over the years and dealt with many different Agents. Without reservation I can honestly say that Andrew Hertel has been outstanding on every front. Words that come to mind to describe Andrew are professionalism, honesty and Integrity. He is experienced, dedicated, genuine and hard working. I always felt comfortable with decisions being made, I never felt rushed or pressured. Whether you’re buying or selling, Andrew does his research and has all the statistics at hand so he can keep you informed of the activity in the market. Even if you’re trying to sell a house in a down market or in a less desirable location, Mr. Hertel can get the job done! I would not hesitate to sign up with Andrew again in future, he is a great Agent and definitely a keeper! Thank you Andrew for everything you’ve done!

When I interviewed multiple realtors for the estate sale of our family home it was Andrew who impressed me with his knowledge of the local market and his attention to detail. He presented a sales plan that was comprehensive and that made sense.  I also got the feeling that Andrew was more than just a numbers guy. In short order I began to appreciate many of his other skills, as well as his wife Christine, also a realtor. Andrew and Christine were immediately sensitive to the dynamics of our family and the stressors we were feeling after losing our father. They worked diligently with us throughout the sales process to ensure that we were moving at a comfortable pace for the family, yet still moving forward. They went above and beyond to help prepare the house to go on the market and continued to help with chores and small tasks that the family was unable to perform due to distance and/or timing. Throughout the sales period Andrew left no stone unturned and initiated a variety of opportunities to show the house to prospective buyers and other realtors. He remained calm and optimistic throughout the process working hard to maximize the sale price for the benefit of our family.
