Jeff was an absolute pleasure to work with. My partner and I recently relocated from Toronto to the County and prior to finding him it was extremely hard to navigate finding a rental from afar. Jeff has been our agent for 2 transactions now, a purchase and a sale. Helpful, but not importantly knowledgeable beyond the usual real estate broker niceties. He really does know how the severance process works, he knows the steps and how to deal with bureaucratic bottlenecks. He's sharp, diligent and very fast to answer questions. Highly recommended.
