We needed to sell our home on a rush basis and David was able to sell it within a matter of days after listing it, with multiple offers significantly above list price. The entire process took just over 3 weeks, and that was over the Christmas holidays when everything moves slower. He was very responsive and walked us through the entire process, giving us very helpful suggestions and referrals along the way which definitely increased the value of our home and with little cost to us.
