Dan was patient and always answered our questions. When it came down to the house, we actually bought, he was out of the country (Europe). He managed the entire deal from a distance. That was quite amazing. In fact, I think the first offer we made on a house he was also out of country. So responsive, so very easy to work with, and would always take the time to respond to our texts and or calls. We would definitely work wth him and/or Brendan again.

Dan is that kind of person every home buyer definitely needs by their side especially first time home buyers like us. He was patient and genuinely cared for our interests. I’ll definitely recommend him to others.
