The sale of the house was a cake walk. Derek and I discussed things beforehand and things went as we hoped, planned and prayed for.
When we ran into an unexpected snag Derek calmly assured me of his thoughts for plan 'B' and everything fell into place within 24 hours.
I had worked with Derek before from another company and this time my transaction and experience was even better. I am most pleased with how things went according to plan and eventually turned out, snag and all.
