Just sharing our experience working with Mark Scherer from the Kingsville Century 21 realty office. We attended an open house as we were just on the verge of deciding to make the move to downsizing. Mark was working the open house and we were very impressed how helpful he was without feeling we were being pressed. We didn’t have an agent at the time but it was an easy decision to contact Mark and ask him to represent us. Without question Mark is one of the most upbeat, positive persons we’ve met in Kingsville. He kept telling us that there was no reason our house wasn’t going to sell. As it turns out he was right and we got an offer that we felt was where we had hoped to get. Mark goes that extra mile for you answering questions from a nervous seller to being a resource for all things local. In fact he will continue to offer his services even after the sale has been locked down. We are arranging for work to be done on the new property and we won’t be available when the contractor visits to make a quote. Mark gladly stepped in to let the contractor in and to lock up afterwards. We will be recommending Mark to anyone who is interested in selling or buying property in the Essex County area. You would not be disappointed.
