Mike was thorough and pointed out things in houses that we did not catch. You could tell that he had a keen eye for defects or issues in a home that he did not want his client to inherit. He is always willing to go that extra mile and is great to work with. Would definitely recommend him to anyone buying a home who wants to ensure they are buying a sound property!

Meticulous and accessible, prompt and pleasant and competent- these are some of the attributes that come to the mind when you think of Mike Wiseman. I came in contact with him when I was a new realtor and he had listed a home in Red Deer (26 Earl). He was generous and accessible to me whenever I had a question or wanted to learn something in real estate. And this phenomenon is still continuing. And he he very strong when it comes to protecting his client's interests. Apart from just being a realtor, he is a good person to know and talk to. If I were a customer, I would have chosen him as my realtor.

I reached out to Mike through social media prior to going down to Red Deer to look for an house. Even through social media Mike was reaching out and going above and beyond trying to stay in the loop. Once my wife and I made it the city, Mike was beyond friendly, welcoming and made us feel welcomed into the city. Mike met our needs, showed us houses that fit our criteria and overall provided a great experience for us. I would recommend Mike to anyone moving to the city of Red Deer as he helped us find the perfect house.
