We were so lucky to find Kourtni when we decided to move from BC to Okotoks in 2022. Since we were house-hunting from a distance, we really needed someone we could trust—and Kourtni was amazing. She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect place to call home. She was patient with all of our questions (and there were a lot!) and never made us feel rushed, even though the process took some time. Kourtni truly listened to what we wanted and made sure the homes she showed us fit what we were looking for. She made a stressful and emotional time so much easier, and I honestly couldn’t imagine doing it without her. I’d recommend Kourtni in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a realtor.

She really was great at explaining everything and being a first time home buyer this was very important to me. We had a short timeline and Kourtni was fantastic at making things happen smoothly and efficiently. I question if we would have gotten our house had we gone with a different realtor because she was truly a miracle worker! Can’t say enough good things she really went above and beyond for us!!
