We bought our current house with the help of Adam's dad Tom. So when we needed real estate advice on when and how to get our house ready to sell we asked Adam for help and he came in, did a walkabout and gave us a list of things we should do now, some we should consider doing now and some that were nice to have but not quite as important. We worked our way through the NOW list which has done almost all of the critical jobs so even if a decision is forced upon us we are already most of the way there and the pressure to move hastily is gone.
