Please Note: By choosing 'knowing someone' above, my husband and I have a family member that purchased a home through this realtor. We currently live out of province. Our realtor was friendly and easy to work with. My husband and I connected and chatted through texting, and he replied to our emails in a timely manner. We initially met the realtor in person where we viewed 2 homes, after which the other 3 were done on Zoom/Facetime. Unfortunately, the Zoom platform did not work well, especially inside the home(s), because the camera kept freezing up and consequentially made it challenging to see the interior). Fortunately, a family member joined us and used FaceTime for 2 of 5 viewings, including the house we purchased, which really helped. Altogether, as we were unable to be there in person to purchase the home, the realtor was cooperative and did his best in responding to our requests.
