I found three realtors on a page online called "Find Me a Realtor". They asked several questions about what I was looking for and made two suggestions accordingly. Additionally, my bank made a third suggestion.
I interviewed the three realtors, and Joe Scalabrelli checked all the boxes that I was looking for. He is very experienced, has a calm demeanour and is highly reliable.
The process was very smooth thanks to his support, and I think I made a great purchase. He has a strong work ethic, so he provided honest advice.
In the end, my purchase process, which included more than 20 views, took approximately one month, which I consider to be perfect timing. He was a crucial negotiator in completing my purchase, and we achieved an excellent price in a superb location and property.

Joe was incredibly kind, patient and knowledgable in guiding the process for a first-time home buyer. I had many questions about the process and his advice helped reduce my stress by answering all of the unknowns. Joe was not pushy about any part of the purchasing process. He helped me understand the pros and cons of each property and gave me time to make an informed decision. He was very skilled in negotiate the purchase of my condo. I love my new home!
