The buyer was there before we listed so it was nice to not have lots of showings.

Chris is an amazing realtor. He knows the local market very well and is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the buying/selling process. Chris is much more than an agent he is a good friend who I trust unequivocally. He is a hard worker who gets results fast!!!

Our son had used Chris Hassel for his sale and he was very happy with the outcome and with Chris. So we decided to call Chris! We gave Chris heads up that we would be ready to list in spring.
The day Chris listed our Town House he was prompt at taking photos and sending us comparables , he had the listing prepared and ready to go in less than a day! Then Chris brought us 2 offers in the same day. The sale went smooth and Chris answered his texts and calls from us promptly.
