Amber was great to rely on throughout the process of selling our home. She was very efficient, professional,diplomatic and responsive to our concerns and needs. Amber gave us excellent instruction orally and in writing on the process and the reasons for Century 21's policies and reasons for doing things. She kept us informed at all times through emails or phone calls. Her associate,Erin and her technical team were creative in arranging our furniture and accent pieces in a more attractive manner to best show off the home for the pictures. Even though we had to be out of province for a week, we felt able to trust Amber to ensure the security of our house. Amber's calm and bubbly nature made the experience close to stress free.
