A lifelong Victorian, Mikaila grew up near Cook Street Village and graduated from Oak Bay High, then earned her Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus in Entrepreneurship from UVic. Outside of work, Mikaila is a certified Level 1 snowboard instructor and loves exploring Victoria’s beaches and trails with her family.
